1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Norweb Services (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Norweb Services provides DMARC aggregate report analysis, email authentication monitoring, and related IT consultancy services. The Service includes a web dashboard, email report delivery, and API access for DMARC report ingestion.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Prices are as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use the Service to monitor domains you do not own or have authorisation to monitor.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

6. Data & DMARC Reports

DMARC aggregate reports contain metadata about email authentication results for your domain. You retain all rights to your data. We process this data solely to provide the Service. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Norweb Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. DMARC monitoring is a tool to assist with email authentication — it does not guarantee email delivery or prevent security incidents.

8. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime for the dashboard and API. DMARC report ingestion is best-effort. We will notify you of scheduled maintenance via email. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately for breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norwich, UK.
